Ingredients
- 4 Mission Pittas
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 8 tbsp thick, natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp pinenuts, toasted
- 4 tbsp fresh mint, chopped
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together carefully. Check the seasoning.
- Slice open the pittas. Spoon the filling in and serve chilled.
