Carrot & Dried Cherry Raita with Baked Naan Wedges

Ingredients
- 1 Mission Garlic Naan
- 50g[2 oz] dried cherries
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- salt
- pepper
- pinch of hot chilli powder
- 1 tbsp unrefined brown sugar
- 175ml[6 fl oz] natural thick yoghurt
- 1 tsp tamarind paste
- 50g[2 oz] carrots, finely grated
Instructions
- Cut the garlic naan into wedges and warm in a hot oven or grill
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and taste.
- Serve as a dipping sauce with the naan wedges
