Carrot & Dried Cherry Raita with Baked Naan Wedges

  • Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 1 Mission Garlic Naan
  • 50g[2 oz] dried cherries
  • ¼ tsp ground cumin
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pinch of hot chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp unrefined brown sugar
  • 175ml[6 fl oz] natural thick yoghurt
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
  • 50g[2 oz] carrots, finely grated

Instructions

  • Cut the garlic naan into wedges and warm in a hot oven or grill
  • Mix together the remaining ingredients and taste.
  • Serve as a dipping sauce with the naan wedges
