Chocolate Biscuit Dried Cherries and Marshmallow Wrap

Ingredients

  • 200g bitter chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 8 Digestive biscuits (120g) crushed lightly
  • 60g semi dried cherries
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 60g semi dried cranberries
  • 50g baby marshmallows
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Mission Deli Wrap

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water.
  • When melted add the golden syrup and olive oil.
  • Mix well, then pour over the rest of the dried ingredients.
  • Carefully mix together.
  • Lay a wrap on a chopping board and fill with a quarter of the mixture.
  • Fold up in the normal way, then wrap in cling film nice and tightly.
  • Chill for 2 hours, then slice in diagonal 1cm thick slices.
