Ingredients

  • 1 Wheat and White Mission Deli Wrap
  • 2-3 tbsps caramelised onion hummus
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled
  • 1/4 punnet mustard and cress

Instructions

  • Grate the washed peeled carrot, taking care not to grate your knuckles!
  • Pile the hummus in the wrap. 
  • Sprinkle the grated carrot over the hummus. Snip the washed mustard and cress from the punnet and scatter over the carrot.
  • Fold up your wrap.
