Feta, Olive, Cherry Tomato and Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 x 185g[6 ½ oz] Mission Garlic Naan cut into 3cm[1 ¼ in] cubes
  • 100g[3 ½ oz] feta cheese, cubed
  • 125g[4 ½ oz]cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 80g[3 oz] black olives, stoned and halved
  • 80g[3 oz] green olives stoned and halved
  • 1 410g[14oz] tin cannellini beans, drained
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 4 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas6
  • Bake the naan until golden
  • Mix the remaining ingredients together, adding the cubes of naan at the end. Season and serve dusted with a little paprika
