Layered Tikka Prawn Naan with Mango and Thick Yoghurt

Ingredients
- 2 x 185g[6 ½ oz]Mission Garlic Naan
- 140g[5 oz] tikka sauce
- 250g[9oz] small prawns
- 160g[5 ½ oz]large prawns
- 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
- 2 tbsp dried breadcrumbs
- 1 large mango, peeled and sliced thinly [or 1 400g/14oz tin drained]
- 4-5 tbsp natural thick yoghurt [optional]
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/gas 6
- Mix together the tikka sauce, breadcrumbs , small prawns and half the coriander
- Divide between the 2 naan breads and top with the larger prawns
- Warm through in the oven.
- Top with the mango and serve with the yoghurt and remaining coriander
