Ingredients

  • 3 Mission Deli Multigrain Wraps
  • 150g red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 large carrot, coarsely grated
  • A large handful of curly parsley, roughly chopped (about 6g)
  • 1 Pink Lady or Cox apple, peeled, cored, quartered and sliced
  • 1 celery stick, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsps toasted pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp each sunflower seeds and toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsps raisins (preferably green raisins)

    FOR THE DRESSING

     
  • 1 tsp grated root ginger
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps sunflower oil

Instructions

  • Prepare all the ingredients apart from the dressing ones and mix them in a bowl.
  • Put all the dressing ingredients into a small bowl. Season and whisk until slightly thickened.
  • Pour over the salad and toss until evenly coated.
  • Put in wraps and fold up tightly.
  • Serve
