Q. How do you make a Mission Wrap?A.
The flour and all minor ingredients are mixed together and water is added to form a dough. This dough is then weighed into pieces by a machine and shaped to form dough balls. The dough balls are pressed between 2 plates to form the wrap, and then baked in the oven, counted, and stacked into piles ready for packing into our resealable film.
